We are really pleased to welcome Tina to the Magus team as Learning Partner.
Tina has spent the past 15 years as a global learning and development professional and executive coach, developing and delivering management, leadership and behavioural learning during this time to both teams and individuals, in a variety of industries.
Tina will bring a learning culture based on how we interpret, adopt and bring to life learning in the context of Magus and our people strategy.
Tina’s appointment was largely driven by feedback from our employee survey - one of the key themes that came up throughout was the need to create a culture of continuous learning and professional development, to provide opportunities for individual and team learning that was structured and in-house, and to develop interactive and engaging learning, coaching and development activities.
