Michelle has worked in customer services for many years, both in retail and office administrator roles.

As such, she understands the importance of the client experience, and believes that

“you should always strive to deliver the best client service you can, whether this is on the phone or welcoming a client at the door”.

Michelle was keen to join a business that would be a good match for her skills and desired office environment, and is pleased to have found this at Magus.

In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time with family and friends. Michelle has two children, and, as her son lives in New Zealand, is hoping to travel there for a visit soon.
