Richard is our Client Support Manager, who joined Magus in 2008 from a large insurance business. He has more than 30 years’ experience within the financial services sector.
Richard oversees all aspects of client management and manages the client support team that provides service and support to our clients. His role at Magus is akin to that of an Operations Manager, as he also provides learning and guidance for the Client Support Team, ensuring that the team have the capabilities to enable Magus to provide a first class service to our clients.

Richard’s professional manner is best evidenced by his renowned attention to detail, as well as being highly organised and calm under pressure.
Richard lives in Brighton with his wife and two teenage daughters, and loves life in such a vibrant and eclectic city. He has a keen interest in most sports, in particular football. Richard enjoys going to the theatre, reading, walking and spending quality time with family and friends.
