Tracey is a Client Support Assistant, who joined Magus in 2013. She has over 30 years’ experience within the financial services sector, including 11 years specialising in occupational pensions within a client organisation.

Tracey provides administrative support to the growing team of Magus Financial Planners and Client Service Managers, helping to liaise with clients and insurance companies specifically, and to ensure the smooth running of the business:

“Doing my job well in an efficient and positive manner is my motivation. As Magus is a busy working environment my priorities can change from moment to moment, so attention to detail is important. I pride myself on being organised and calm under pressure”.

Tracey particularly enjoys working closely with the whole Magus team:

“I love the team spirit and positivity at Magus and that every member has an important role to play. Magus is expanding all the time – I’m excited to be part of the process and feel a real sense of involvement”. 

Having spent 25 years living in London, Tracey moved to West Sussex in 2010 and loves the change in lifestyle – although still enjoys regular trips back to ‘the Big Smoke’ to go to the theatre and for shopping.
