Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
The Financial Service Compensation Scheme (FSCS) established under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, has been set up to provide protection to consumers if authorised financial services firms are unable, or likely to be unable, to meet claims against them. Accordingly you may be entitled to compensation from the FSCS if such a firm cannot meet its obligations, depending on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

Keep your details safe
If you no longer need printouts shred, discard or place the information into a confidential waste bin. Ensure you collect information from public or shared printers immediately.
Don’t share your login details with anyone, write them down or store them on your computer. When selecting your password and memorable phrase ensure it’s something others would find hard to guess.
Never leave your computer unattended while logged in. Ensure you are not being overlooked when you access sensitive or confidential data. If you are using a computer at work or a public place, ensure you clear the cache information.
